Neurodivergent Coaching

I offer neurodivergent coaching that is deeply informed by lived experience, advanced study, and a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach. As a Neurodivergent coach, I support neurodivergent individuals to build routines, boost executive functioning, set meaningful goals, and navigate life in ways that honour their unique neurotype.

My coaching is collaborative, personalised, and grounded in evidence, focusing on reducing barriers, growing strengths, and developing practical strategies that genuinely fit. Whether you’re working towards life, study, work, wellbeing, or identity goals, I work alongside you to create supports that empower you to understand yourself deeply, advocate for your needs, and thrive in your own way.

Neurodivergent Coaching can be claimed under the NDIS (Capacity building) if the support helps you improve skills that you need to improve to achieve your stated NDIS goals.

Masters degree in Autism and ongoing studies in Neuroscience

 

My Master of Autism Studies and current neuroscience study in Understanding and Changing Human Behaviour deepen my ability to coach neurodivergent individuals by giving me a strong foundation in how the brain learns, processes information, and responds to environments.

This knowledge helps me tailor supports that honour neurodivergent thinking, reduce barriers, and build strategies that genuinely fit each person’s strengths, sensory needs, and lived experience

Lived experience (AuDHD)

 

My lived experience as an autistic and ADHD individual enhances my coaching by giving me an authentic, empathetic understanding of neurodivergent strengths, challenges, communication styles, and support needs.

 

It allows me to connect with clients in a genuine, non-judgmental way, recognise subtle barriers that others may overlook, and co-design strategies that truly honour neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
