It is available to any working-age participant with an employment goal and may include assistance to: - supplement school-based work experience - find part-time work while completing secondary education - transition from school to further education, training, or work - explore career interests and discover suitable job options - build foundation work skills - address complex barriers to employment - implement job customisation or carving - seek new employment after a change in disability - change jobs or develop a career plan - gain employment after completing a qualification - transition from supported employment (e.g., ADE) to open employment - work with DES or other employment services to secure and maintain a job

These early childhood capacity-building supports use a developmental, family-centred approach to assist children under 9 with developmental delay or disability across home, community, and early childhood settings. Delivered by a practitioner with expertise in inclusive education and disability, the focus is on building functional independence, communication, social participation, and everyday living skills. Supports follow best-practice early childhood intervention principles and may include assessment, planning, and guidance related to needs that affect daily functioning.
