Why we are different
At ElevatED Inclusion & Support, we don’t believe quality support is about filling hours - it’s about building understanding, skills, and confidence that last.
Our work is grounded in a capacity-building approach, supporting not only individuals, but also the families, support workers, and professionals around them. This creates consistency, reduces overwhelm, and leads to more meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
We focus on capability, not dependence
Rather than doing things for people, we work with individuals to build skills, self-understanding, and independence across everyday life - at home, school, work, and in the community.
We bridge the gap between reports and real life
Recommendations are only helpful if they can be used. We translate reports into practical, everyday strategies that make sense for families and support workers - ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.
We collaborate - we don’t compete
We work alongside allied health practitioners, support coordinators, educators, and services as part of a shared team, respecting scopes of practice and strengthening collaboration rather than duplicating roles.
We build confident, skilled support teams
Through coaching and mentoring, we support support workers to understand neurodivergent communication, behaviour, and support needs - helping them feel confident, ethical, and effective in their role.
We are neuro-affirming and strengths-based
We honour neurodiversity and focus on understanding how each person learns, communicates, and experiences the world. Supports are individualised, respectful, and aligned with each person’s strengths, preferences, and goals.
We lead with experience and integrity
Our approach is informed by deep experience across education, disability, and systems-level practice, alongside lived experience. We prioritise ethical decision-making, clear boundaries, and evidence-informed practice in everything we do.
The result?
More consistency.
More understanding.
More confidence - for individuals, families, and the people supporting them.
