ElevatED Inclusion & Support
Our role
ElevatED Inclusion & Support provides capacity-building, developmental supports for neurodivergent individuals, their families, and the people who support them. Our work focuses on strengthening understanding, skills, and confidence across everyday environments to support meaningful participation and long-term outcomes.
We work alongside individuals, families, support workers, allied health practitioners, educators, and services to promote consistency, collaboration, and ethical practice.
What we do
ElevatED Inclusion & Support may provide the following supports, aligned with a participant’s NDIS goals and plan:
Capacity-building supports for individuals

Support to build daily living, self-regulation, social understanding, communication, and independence skills

Support to understand strengths, needs, and neurodivergent experiences

Skill development across home, school, work, and community contexts

Structured, goal-directed support with clear review points
Family and caregiver support

Guidance and coaching to support understanding of neurodivergent learning, communication, and behaviour

Practical strategies that promote consistency across environments

Support to navigate systems and collaborate effectively with services
Coaching and mentoring for support workers

Coaching and mentoring to build confidence, ethical practice, and skill
-
Support to translate professional recommendations into everyday practice

Guidance on neurodivergent-affirming supports, communication, and behaviour support (non-clinical)

Reflective practice and professional development
Collaboration and consultation

Collaborative planning with allied health practitioners, support coordinators, educators, and services

Attendance at case conferences and team meetings (with consent)

Support to promote shared understanding, role clarity, and consistency across teams
What we do not do
ElevatED Inclusion & Support does not provide:

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, or therapy

Behaviour support plan development, restrictive practice authorisation, or crisis intervention

Medical, psychological, or mental health treatment

Services outside our qualifications, training, and professional scope

Supports that duplicate allied health or clinical roles
Where needs fall outside our scope, we support appropriate referral and collaboration with qualified professionals.

Professional positioning
ElevatED Inclusion & Support operates as a developmental, capacity-building service, working alongside allied health and other professionals rather than competing with or duplicating their roles. Our scope may evolve in line with qualifications, registration status, and professional standards.
