Hi, my name is Kalista, the founder and director of ElevatED Inclusion & Support.

With over 16 years’ experience as an Inclusion & Support teacher and leader, and recent completion of a Masters of Autism Studies, I bring a deep understanding of evidence-based, person-centred and neuro-affirming practices grounded in human rights and strengths-based principles.

As a neurodivergent professional (AuDHD), I am very passionate about providing a quality service that focuses on meeting needs, removing barriers, and growing strengths of individuals with a disability. Through ElevatED Inclusion & Support, I combine my professional expertise and lived experience to deliver high-quality, collaborative, and meaningful supports that empower individuals and families for life.

My own special interests are learning, behaviour, neurodivergence, neuroscience, animals, and motorbikes. I am currently studying a Master of Neuroscience and Business, as I have a particular interest in the brain, how we learn and behave, and neurodiversity.

I am currently in the process of applying for registration as a Developmental Educator (Allied Health - Disability Specialist) where I will be able to expand the scope of NDIS services I can provide.

Why choose my service

As a specialist disability support practitioner, I work alongside families and multidisciplinary teams to bring a deep autism and neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I support not only the individual, but also the professionals around them, helping ensure everyone understands how a person learns, communicates, and experiences the world.

This reduces the need for families and individuals to constantly explain autism when accessing different services - I help translate autistic strengths, needs, and differences into practical, shared strategies that support consistency across the team.

Removing Barriers. Meeting needs. Growing Strengths.
