Early Childhood Supports

Early Childhood supports are provided by a highly trained and experienced Special Education Teacher. Our approach is strengths-based, evidence-informed, child-centred, and designed to complement,  not duplicate, allied health therapies.

Our Approach

We offer Key Worker support under NDIS Early Childhood Intervention, providing a single, consistent point of contact who works alongside families to coordinate supports, build caregiver capacity, and ensure strategies from the child’s team are understood, integrated, and embedded into everyday routines across home, early learning, and community settings.

ElevatED Customised Professional Learning

At ElevatED Inclusion & Support, we design and deliver tailored professional learning experiences that build the confidence and capability of educators, support staff, and organisations to create genuinely inclusive environments.

Collaboration with Allied Health Practitioners

Collaborative, non-competitive partnership.

ElevatED Inclusion & Support works alongside allied health practitioners, complementing - not duplicating therapeutic services.

We support the implementation and carry-over of allied health recommendations in real-world contexts, helping families, support workers, and teams translate reports and therapy goals into everyday practice.

How we support allied health teams:

  • Reinforcing therapy goals through capacity-building supports in home, school, work, and community settings

  • Supporting skill generalisation between sessions (e.g. communication, regulation, executive functioning, independence)

  • Translating reports and recommendations into practical, strengths-based strategies others can confidently use

  • Providing contextual insights from education, disability, and lived experience to inform collaborative planning

  • Maintaining clear scope of practice, professional boundaries, and open communication

  • Our role is to strengthen consistency across the support team, reduce pressure on families to “coordinate everything,” and ensure allied health expertise has meaningful impact beyond the therapy room.

 Resource development and policy-informed guidance

We design practical, evidence-informed resources and provide policy-informed guidance that translate research, legislation, and professional recommendations into tools people can actually use.

Our work is grounded in a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach and informed by experience across education, disability, and multidisciplinary systems. Resources and advice are designed to support individuals, families, educators, services, and organisations to understand not only what to do, but why it matters within policy, compliance, and best-practice frameworks.

Examples of our work include:

  • Webinars such as Improving employment outcomes for autistic adults, supporting inclusive practice aligned with disability, workplace, and human-rights frameworks

  • Autism post-diagnosis guides for teens, supporting self-understanding and identity while aligning with contemporary disability and wellbeing principles

  • Practical guides for educators, including supporting transitions across the day, aligned with inclusive education policy and reasonable adjustment requirements

All resources and guidance are designed to be accessible, practical, and implementation-focused - supporting ethical, compliant, and sustainable practice beyond individual sessions.

NDIS Funding Information

At ElevatED Inclusion & Support, we proudly provide specialised, person-centred supports for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

This means you have the flexibility to choose your own providers and manage how your funds are spent, giving you greater choice and control over your supports.

We’re happy to guide you through the simple invoicing process for self-managed or plan-managed funding, and we work closely with you (or your plan manager) to make it easy and transparent.
